the wedding that was

Life is awesome! ♥ I've been quite busy living it while neglecting this blog. I'll make it up to you, sweetie. Remember I'm about to lose my job. Teehee. And I make fun of it like it wasn't a big deal. Someone, knock me some sense please.

So anyway, remember I told you I attended a wedding back last November? Alam ko January na ngayon, weno naman? xP I'll finally be able to blog about it. Better late than never. Cliché but true!

It was my former team lead's Philippine wedding. She got married for three times already, with the same man of course. Haha! You might get me wrong. The wedding was held at Nuestra Señora de Gracia,  an old parish church somewhere in Makati then reception followed at The Blue Leaf in McKinley Hill.

But here's the deal. We weren't able to make it to the wedding ceremony. When we arrived, it's time for picture taking already. Don't judge! We really did not mean it. Although admittedly, mahilig talaga kami sa picture. :)

Proof? At the blue leaf, we sneak off for a quick pictorial. Big thanks to Mark for his skills and most of all, patience. He was our official photographer for the day! {and of our Boracay trip too}

Here's more! Because whatever we do, Mark's there to capture the moment. I suggest you go visit his page for more of his masterpieces.

They also a had photo booth, thank goodness! And not much to my surprise, when I visited their page, Poparazzi Photos, half  of the photos came from our group. Haha! We dominated the photo booth!

bride and groom♥

Below are my favorite photos from the booth. In other words, yung ready ako, yung hindi natakpan, yung mukhang tao parin kahit naka-wacky. You know how hard it is to fight for your spot in photo booths. Plus it's a different kind of riot when we're there. You could have seen it for yourself!

Lastly, let's move on to my outfit. I wore a hi-low fuchsia pink dress from Forever 21 and black heels from People are People. By the way, for petite girls out there, Sole Desire {a brand of shoes carried locally by People are People} have sizes smaller than the usual. I'm usually a size 4 but Sole Desire's size 5 fits me well.

Below are my most decent outfits shots to date. Thanks big time to Mark!

Dress: Forever 21
Shoes: Sole Desire by People are People
Belt: Preview
Accessories: Forever 21
Hair and Make up: Azta Urban Salon

Up next on this blog is my Boracay trip! Stay tuned, lovelies. ♥ :)
